I was a bit hesitant prior to starting my intial session. I knew that I wasn't looking for a Thearpist, but in stead was looking for somene to help hold me accounatble for my self-sabotaging behavors. Mrs. Lakeshia has done just that by assisting me with creatihg tools for myself that are realistic and suitibale to my goals.
